Before placing an order, it is suggested to the clients to carefully read all the policies of our services. If you have an objection to any of them, you can freely contact us for clarification before order placement. But once you placed an order, it will be considered that you have read, understood and agreed to all our Refund and privacy policy.

  • British Academic Hub highly recommends all its clients to contact them FIRST for the application of refund, instead of approaching to any third party, including the Bank, PayPal, or Law enforcement organization. It will be considered unethical if a client reaches to the third party before informing our customer service representatives and it might hinder the process of your refund.
  • To claim a refund, reaching a negotiator first (like your bank) before informing the organization will be treated as a violation of contract and will be dealt correspondingly.
  • British Academic Hub holds a right to half or 50% of the proportion of the total amount payed. This whole will be viewed as our service charges that have been provided. The only allowed scenario where a client is absolved from paying is when his work got rejected or is 30% of the non-unique nature.
  • The fee refund process will be initiated after obtaining the factual evidence from the client.
  • A client can only ask for a refund if he had got his work reviced, twice, and yet disappointed with it.
  • If a client wants a refund, he has to claim it within a month after the order has been placed.
  • For all refund requests, cross examination will be carried out and could take up to the time period of one month for completing our procedure.
  • At the point when a customer requests for a correction or modification, the total assistance charges will be deducted from the refund amount that the customer demands/gets.
  • On any order, having a delivery deadline of only or less than 48 hours, refunds will not be provided.
  • For a dissertation, on a delivery deadline of ten days or less, a refund will not be provided.
  • Customers who apply for, and get, charge back, will be recorded as deceitful clients of the administration.
  • Legal action will be taken against clients who try to misuse our refund policy by seizing the refund on which they do not confer a right.
